(WEOP)<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Antionette has extensive background working with academic and nonprofit programs. In a previous position, she served as the Director for Project SPACE, a million-dollar STEM program funded by The National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) dedicated to increasing the number of African American males pursuing STEM degrees at Morehouse College. For the last two decades, she has been instrumental with implementing and launching innovative programs for WEOP. One of the core programs is \u201cPrime Time\u201d, a contract ready training program that educates women about how to successfully pursue federal and private contract opportunities. Other programs included the Strengthening Women\u2019s Employment Prospects with Training (SWEPT). The SWEPT program was implemented for nine years at the Fulton County Department of Human Services under the Community Development Block Program (CDBG). \u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Ms. Ball has been instrumental in forging strong community partnerships and relationships with corporate and private sector markets for WEOP. She is the author of \u201cWomen Owned Small Business Guide to Winning Contracts\u201d served also served as the editor for \u201cA Woman\u2019s Perspective\u201c magazine and is the writer for numerous articles.
