Antoinette Ball, CEO and Co-Founder 

Antionette Ball has an extensive background working with academic and nonprofit programs. In a previous position, she served as the Director for Project SPACE, a million-dollar STEM program funded by The National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) dedicated to increasing the number of African American males pursuing STEM degrees at Morehouse College. For the last two decades, she has been instrumental with implementing and launching innovative programs for WEOP. One of the core programs is “Prime Time”, a contract ready training program that educates women about how to successfully pursue federal and private contract opportunities. Other programs included the Strengthening Women’s Employment Prospects with Training (SWEPT). The SWEPT program was implemented for nine years at the Fulton County Department of Human Services under the Community Development Block Program (CDBG).  

Ms. Ball has been instrumental in forging strong community partnerships and relationships with corporate and private sector markets for WEOP. She is the author of “Women Owned Small Business Guide to Winning Contracts” served also served as the editor for “A Woman’s Perspective“ magazine and is the writer for numerous articles. Antoinette has BS and MS  degrees in Public Administration/Management from the University of  Southern California (USC). 

Marionette Ball, COO and Co-Founder

Marionette Ball, Co-Founder of the Women’s Entrepreneurial Opportunity Project, Inc. (WEOP), has over 25 years of experience advancing economic opportunity and business sustainability for women of color. She has led award-winning technology training initiatives and developed innovative programming in AI tools, business development, federal contracting and financial management.

Marionette is widely recognized for her expertise as a business consultant on federal and private sector contracting, helping women navigate procurement pathways and overcome systemic barriers to growth. Her work includes designing impactful programs that strengthen operations, expand revenue potential, and support long-term success for women entrepreneurs.

She holds a B.S. in Public Affairs and Public Administration, along with extensive training in leadership and organizational development.
