Women’s Entrepreneurial Opportunity Project (WEOP)
Founded in 1999, with more than 25 years of impact, WEOP is a trusted, women-led organization committed to advancing economic progress for women. WEOP has consistently created intentional spaces which includes special projects and specialized programming. Innovative in our approach, we go beyond simply supporting women in business, we focus on how business, community, and leadership intersect. We are committed to developing women not only as entrepreneurs, but as economic drivers shaping industries, influencing communities, and leading economic progress.

Awards & RECOGNITION
Women’s Entreprenuerial Opportunity Project, Inc. Receives a check for $25,000 from Fifth Third Bank!
Fifth Third Banks Support WEOP’s Advancing Business Opportunities Ventures & Enterprises (A.B.O.V.E.) program. A core of fifteen women owned businesses was selected for a specialized six-month training that included instructor led classes, workshops and mentoring sessions. The program provided the skills and knowledge to pursue federal prime and subcontract opportunities.

- 2015 Small Business Administration (SBA) Award The Georgia District Office of the U.S. Small Business Administration announced WEOP’s Founders as one of this year’s award recipients for its Georgia Small Business Week awards program.
