PREPARING WOMEN FOR CONTRACT SUCCESS IN 2025!
“Prime Time: Contract Readiness” a specialized training program, is a game-changer for women seeking prime and subcontract opportunities. Designed with a clear goal—to equip participants with the skills and knowledge to pursue and secure federal and private contracts. The program stands out with its innovative approach with a blend of practical training, hands-on experience, and AI-powered business challenges to simulate real-world scenarios.
A strategic partner with “Prime time” is Candace Spears, CEO Floor 23 Digital, a trailblazer in leveraging advanced technology to drive business success. Candace Spears is an Alumni of the “Prime Time” program and her journey is a testament to the transformative power of the program—she was selected as a vendor for a $175 million IDIQ NASA contract after completing the training. She exemplifies the incredible success and impact that participants can achieve.
PROGRAM CRITERIA
Participants selected for the program are required to meet the following minimum requirements:

Currently active Registration in the System for Award Management (SAM)

Business Readiness with a professional website and email address,

Established internal financial and accounting system
-
Actively operating a revenue generating business
Please Note: For those not yet meeting the above criteria, we offer a comprehensive business assessment to help them prepare and build a strong foundation for program participation.
EXPECTATIONS FOR PARTICIPATION
Participation in the program requires a proactive and committed approach. We expect participants to take decisive action, complete all required assignments and actively engage in the learning process. As a result of participating in this program, we expect participants to:
- Apply the information learned to start actively pursuing contract opportunities.
- Attend relevant industry events to network and gain visibility.
- Reach out to contracting officers to establish connections and build relationships.
- Take the skills and insights gained from the program to develop and execute on their “Contracting Plan of Action” (CPA).
By the conclusion of the program, develop have a clear and actionable outreach strategy in place and the confidence to take decisive steps toward pursuing contract opportunities.

FORMAT
Application Phase (December, 2024 – January, 2025)
Applications will be open during this period, allowing businesses to apply for consideration in the program.
Selection Phase (January, 2025)
Final participants will be carefully selected based on qualifications and readiness
Formal Instruction
Participants receive a schedule of activities for in person and virtual class sessions
Flexible Learning Options
Students have access to self-paced online classes, allowing them to learn at their convenience, supplemented by in-person discussion sessions for deeper engagement
Coaching Sessions
Dedicated coaching sessions will be incorporated, providing personalized guidance to address specific business challenges and goals.
Hands-On Business Lab Challenges
Participants will engage in interactive, practical lab challenges designed to apply their learning, test strategies, and gain real-world insights.
